Are you a licensed contractor in California?

Yes. We operate under the California Contractors State License Board. License # — pending verification (will be updated). We carry general liability insurance and workers' compensation.

Do you charge for estimates?

No. Estimates are free, in-person, and never come with high-pressure sales. We will not start any work or order materials without a signed agreement.

How long does a typical kitchen remodel take?

Cosmetic kitchen refresh: 1–2 weeks. Full gut remodel: 4–8 weeks from demolition to final walk-through, depending on cabinet lead times.

How long does a bathroom remodel take?

Hall bath: 3–4 weeks. Primary suite: 5–8 weeks. We schedule trades in a tight order so days are not wasted waiting for the next sub.

Do you handle permits?

Yes. We pull all required permits with the City of Granite Bay, Roseville, Folsom, or Placer County and meet inspectors on site.

What warranty do you offer?

Five years on workmanship, written into every contract. Materials carry their manufacturer warranty (typically 1–25 years).

Do you take subcontracted jobs from other GCs?

No. We work directly with homeowners and small property owners. Keeps lines of communication clean.

Can I supply my own materials?

Yes, for most projects. We will tell you up front if a homeowner-supplied product carries warranty risk or installation complications.

Do you do small jobs?

Yes. Our handyman service has a 2-hour minimum — perfect for the small list of items that have been sitting on the fridge for months.

How do you handle changes during a project?

Change orders are written, priced, and signed before any change happens. No surprise invoices at the end.

Do you take credit cards?

Yes — Visa, Mastercard, AmEx, and Discover. Processing fee of 3% applies. Check and ACH transfer have no fee.

What hours do you work?

On-site work runs 7 AM to 6 PM weekdays, with limited Saturday work 8 AM to 2 PM when needed to stay on schedule. The phone is answered the same hours.

Do you protect my floors and furniture during work?

Yes. Drop cloths, ram board on walking paths, plastic dust barriers on doorways. We sweep daily.

What if I'm not happy with the work?

Tell us before the final invoice. We will correct anything that does not match the agreed scope at no additional cost. That is the whole point of the workmanship warranty.
