These Terms govern your use of the Alfar Build & Repair website and contracted services.
Alfar Build & Repair is a family-owned general contractor based in Granite Bay, California, owned by Mohamad Alfar.
You may use this site for personal, non-commercial purposes related to learning about and requesting our services. You may not scrape, mirror, or republish content without written permission.
Website estimate requests and any verbal quotes are not binding contracts. Binding agreements are signed written contracts issued separately.
Per California Contractors State License Board rules, initial deposits do not exceed 10% of project total or $1,000, whichever is less. Progress payments are tied to milestones documented in the contract.
We warrant our workmanship for five years from project completion. Materials carry their manufacturer warranty. See our Warranty page for full terms.
If completed work does not match the agreed contract scope, we will correct it at no additional charge. Refunds are addressed case-by-case per the executed contract.
Our total liability under any project is limited to the contract value. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes will be resolved in Placer County, CA.
