What's included
This is how most of our customers find us. They have a list — sticking door, dripping faucet, drywall crack, loose railing — that is too small for a full contractor and too much for a Saturday. We come out for a half-day or full-day, work straight through the list, and bill hourly with a 2-hour minimum.

- Shelving, mounting, anchoring TVs and mirrors

- Smoke detector and CO detector replacement
Typical investment
Half-day visit (up to 4 hrs): $360. Full day (up to 8 hrs): $680. Includes truck stock; specialty materials billed at cost.
